Go Green with Reusable Nursing Pads
These pads are for the time when it doesn’t really matter if the pads show in your bra, but for times when you simply do not want to wake up in a lake of your own milk, lol…
They have 3 layers of
55% hemp/45% organic cotton fleece. Great for times of heavy leakage such as at night.
Sold by pair, you can choose how many. Please pick from 3 different sizes:
4 1/4 inch (approx up to C cup)
5 inches (approx D cup and up)
6 inches (approx DD cup and up)
I have suggested bra size to match the pad size, but if you are a super heavy leaker or want to use the pads at night only, you might want to go up a size (for more absorptive power and in case of the pad shifting).
The hemp fabric is wonderfully soft against the skin, has great absorption and, added bonus, it is naturally antimicrobial. This fabric is also semi-stretchy, so it contours nicely with your curves.
Machine washable and dryable (any setting). For better absorbtion – do not use fabric softeners or dryer sheets. If you have hard water – water softeners are ok.
BREASTFEEDING TIP:
While nursing/pumping at one breast, put pressure on the other breast during letdown – this will reduce and sometimes even eliminate leakage.
