Vintage primitive wooden sliding punch hook rug making tool measures 9-1/2″ overall (8-1/4″ plus 1-1/4″ for the needle). Stamped into the wood reads: Nov. Fab. Imp. Co, 1605 Farnam Sts., La Cross, Wis.
