Nicely restored 1967 Ace 100.  CA title.  I have owned bike for approximately 7 years and never bothered to transfer to me in NV.  I purchased for my collection and never rode bike, but started regularly and kept in climate controlled space.  Bike runs and operates as it should.  Set up for dirt.
